Illegal Beings: Human Clones

Re: Bosons

I_KNOW_WHOM_TO_CLONE ( 12/30/2004, 11:47:58 )

libfeme: "Explaining bosons is out of my field, but why should that stop me. Realize that the way you phrase the question you ask colors the answer you get. For instance, the reason people believe there is a God is because they start by asking "why" askings. Why is the sky blue. Why did the meteor fall from the sky? Why in our language implies intention. And in order for there to be intention there must be some sort of animate object doing the intenting, hence you come to the conclusion "god". But you get to that conclusion because you start from the wrong premise, "why". In other words you are already assuming there is a purpose in the very act of chosing your sentence. If on the other hand you begin a question with "how" you usually end up with a scientific explanation. How does the sky reflect blue? How does the meteor fall to earth? You are no longer assuming purpose, you've just assuming a description."Yes, and I already wrote stuff regarding that exact question - I explained that everything is accidental - random, not intentional (and also I gave an example explaining how dice gives random numbers (when you film it, and play it very slow you will se how it happened - first (and most important) the moment when dice exits your palm, then all the objects around that make it rebound, spin and turn, etc. until it finaly stops)). That's why it is coincidental - random: you can never drop the dice in the exact same way because there are countless parameters... The same thing is with everything else. Even "droping out of hand" all the matter-to-be-joined, Earth needed to be composed in such a way it can produce life... (and finaly us) Everything is coincidental. Error is thinking that there is an intention for things (just like you've said). Even when you have the intention to make (for example) a house - and even if you make it look just the way you intended it to be - it's still not what is intended - because there are all sorts of random details on it - e.g. bubbles in concrete, patterns of the paint-job, nuts in the wood, all sorts of textures, small deviations in dimensions of parts of house (etc.) - simply: they are random, you didn't have an intention to make them... etc.libfeme: "Yes that would follow logically if your definition of "somewhere" only includes 4 dimensions. But note space is usually thought of in 3 dimensions, height, width and depth. And it is not logical for two things to occupy the same space. However, if you include the dimension of time, then you can conceive of 2 things occupying the same space, just at different times."No, you can't. Time is a concept invented (imagined) by us, humans. There is no "time" in meaning we commonly assume. You can't go forth nor back in time. Saying that 'time' is the 4th dimention is like saying that apples and pears are the same thing. Even 'three dimensions of space' are a concept invented by us to make things easier to calculate - coordinate system is nothing without a referent object (there is simply 'a space' - no up nor down, nor left and right, nor front and behind, just space; and you can go in any direction you desire (that's: IF (you desire))...I already explained why there is no 'time': there is only matter changing it's location - there is ONE space, ONE universe, and it is a closed system that is basically inert, but (also) things (also inertly) move inside it (they only move! they don't go thorough time - there is no time) - and they CAN'T (or: didn't) go faster then they go because there is a constant in speed (at the base it is the speed by which light travels) - all the matter consists of what light consists of, only things are in complex hierarchy (things add upon eachother - like: ... -- quants -- subatomic particles -- atoms -- molecules -- alloys(concotions) -- ...). We percieve time (maybe everybody slightly different) like something that has (for evey individual) some constant dynamics (speed) - exactly because of the above said constant: our brains have their size (amount of matter), and in our brains complex chemystry happens (what we call thinking) - for those chemical components the time is needed in order for reaction to happen - those chemical components are molecules, and molecules consist of atoms, and so on till you analyse it to the very core it is made of.The VERY CLOSEST thing to going back in time is puting things back where they were (there is no closer thing to going back in time!). For example: a rock - it stands over here, and you move it overthere; then: you move it back where it was in the first place - and: VOILA(!) - a time travel. To make things even simplier: "time travel" is "travel" itself (by definition).AND NOW BACK TO CLONING: for example - you want to go in the past to meet yourself when you were a child. The only way to do it is to clone yourself, because the only actual 'you' there can ever be (actualy: the closest thing to it.. sort of...) is (actually) you in the present time - even: the question is - what is "you" because matter circulates inside you - human body is made of aproximately 70% of water - so: at least 70% of what you call 'I' is actually water itself - and it's constantly being replaced (not to talk about the rest of matter (Ca, P, C, N, O, H, Fe, Etc))! From the very begining of your existing you integrate all sorts of matter which were in ownership of somebbody/something else. It's like this body is for rent! You have it, you use it, you give it back from where it started. Ashes to ashes, dust to dust. SO! - The only way to see yourself in past is to see the "little you" in present - just like in example with rock - it was here, it was there, now it's back here - you make a being via blueprint exact to that you were made by...(but "Terminator 2" is still one of the best SF movie there is ; imagination is the human value. but let's border it with reality)So - in conclusion: 'somewhere' means 'somewhere in this, only, space there can be'. When I say "Use logic: if something exists it must be somewhere, it cannot be nowhere." - I mean it's in this Space, or it doesn't exist at all (noway - nohow (and above all: nowhen)).It's like those sbowdomes you shake and then the "snow" falls inside it - it moves it floats it moves again, but nothing goes in, and nothing goes out.You can actually SEE all answers - just see the night sky - that 'black' is an answer for apsolutely everything - you look at it, and you see where we are, and how big it is... only you can't interpretate it...And one more thought: even if there can be two things at the same time - let's imagine Earth - it rotates around itself, it revolves around the Sun, and all the solar system along with other stars rotates around the center of the galaxy (and galaxy moves too?), so even if you can make a real "time-macihine" (like in SF movies) there is no way you would end up on Earth just by moving thorough time without changing the place too...libfeme: "I am using that as an example to show how get locked into "common sense" works well for everyday life but not when considering the cosmos. Just as Newtonian physics is great for engineering purposes but doesn't explain Relativity when you to bigger and further away in space and time objects."It is quite possible that physical laws of mechanics for particles can be used for the thing that is the core for everything (matter and fields). For example: when you have two magnets in your hand and you face same magnetisations, you actually feel (with your own senses) the force within those mear magnets (they push away), but (who knows) maybe when enlarged enough we could see actual particles shooting out - so they actualy push eachother away (just like when you shoot water from a garden water-hose at the wall... or something... or a rocket or a jet engine...).When we are at magnetism: did you know that if you make strong enough magnetic field you can affect everyting (once they showed (on TV) a strawbery floating in magnetic field (but it is certrnly harmfull).Force (like gravity or magnetic field) goes thorough matter - it's still here with us, but its bearers are smaller then what we are made of. Actually I think it's teh density which is in question here - e.g. same volumes of different matter differ in weight; when you presurize chamber with air, and you open it its air tends to equalize with the outer air pressure, and if you suck-out air from chamber the shutter on it's oppening will stick to the chamber (vacuum pull) - maybe it's same with gravity or elastic force or surface tension of liquids (maybe the same thing actually)) - something in substance "pulls in" everything around like the previously describet thingie with vacuum. My point: it's here with us, and can be explained if you look at it the right way (whatever way it is)....And so on...
