Modern day man, yesterday, today and tomorrow.jeffb ( 01/05/2005, 17:38:43 )Just my two cents worth from my own observations.Over millions of years, several species of man have come and gone. The trend has been going on for millions of years, one species exists, another comes and incidentally is a better model than the last. Bodies change, skin changes but most importantly, the brain is improved.Now it's our turn. Here we are. Humans with our wonderful frontal lobe design. Just one problem though, we can only access 12% or so of our brains. The fact is, there's room for improvement. And our time too will come to pass, and the next species will also be improved. Will most likely use a much, much larger part of their brain. Making the next evolutionary species of man a highly intelligent man capable of things unimaginable to us today. Who knows what capabilities he will posess? Telekenisis, ESP, able to arrive at solutions which will alleviate our need to wage war.How much time do we have left? And at the end of this evolutionary process, what will we have become?
