Illegal Beings: Human Clones

Re: Why shouldn't the universe exist?

When people talk about the bible I only need to say one word: Dinosaur! That is all you need to say on the subject, you know we have been here for a very short time in comparison to the dinosaurs who ruled the planet for 65 million years. That’s a lot longer than we are likely to see, I cannot imagine humans lasting another 100 years at this rate let alone 60 million more years to go.And yet it is not mentioned, I mean you would have thought that "In the beginning....." might have mentioned it, but god obviously decided that those 65 million years and the previous millions of years in creation don’t count, and instead the whole thing was a wrap in a matter of a week.In the beginning god, ok stop right there for a second, when written as such then you know its not being written by god.If it was written by god it would be "In the beginning I" because you’re writing about yourself, ok so he did it through people, but people can lie and make up story’s, the bible is not primary evidence (as you learn in history) it is secondary evidence, the fact that it was written by people means you have to class it as secondary evidence, the burden of proof is for the primary source to step forward and show everyone the secondary source is accurate, in this case god, but since that has not happened you have to consider all faith's as told from book's as a "could be or could not be" the case, you know its written by humans 2000 years ago, straight away its secondary evidence and that is forgetting the revisions and the fact it originated from a place which is in comparison to western culture still backward today, let alone 2000 years ago. It’s ok to believe in a deity, I myself am not honestly sure, if I am honest about it i couldn’t actually tell you, if I could then id not be writing this as id most likely be famous if I could provide proof either way.Its like the belief in Santa clause when you are younger, you are kind of brainwashed into to believing that Santa is a deity with his powers, his omnipotent ability to be all seeing and all knowing, knowing all who are naughty or nice, punishing those who are naughty with no presents in favour of those who are nice, clearly you have to be a god to possess such a power. If a child is asked for proof, it may be they have seen him (it's actually their dad in costume) or the proof lies in the fact they have their presents. However there is a flaw, whether they are good or naughty doesn’t seem to matter because they find they still get their presents, maybe they were naughty without there parents knowing, but Santa is supposed to know, yet they still believe. Thus the problem is clear, society builds itself in a similar way, a criminal essentially knows he’s done wrong and may possibly be a Christian but he’s also aware that doing something wrong does not mean he will be punished by god, the idea you can be forgiven for your sins is evidence of this, like with Santa they think they’ll get their presents anyway. And like Santa clause the proof does not need to be there for the belief, for once you have invented such a thing it is hard to disprove, is there a Santa? If I say no you have to prove it, if you say yes you have to prove it, you cannot do either because it's an invention, it is in the minds of the believers!
