john l bachert ( 02/20/2004, 00:25:50 )i concur erin, that's why we need more rights regarding stem cell research so that spare parts can be reproduced from our own body chemistry instead of cloning a whole human, i agree that creating a human life simply for organ and limb cultivation is not the way to do it nor morally right. however if just a human body void of a mind and soul can be produced for organ donor purposes, to eliminate the problem/cost with organ and limb rejection/meds then why not? the government is doing it secretly so why should the public be denied the same rights? just because some hypocritical religious fanatics special interest group says no? peace to you friend johnny b.
