1000yrsfromnow ( 03/09/2005, 19:32:21 )never said God can not exist, and who knows what sex God is/was? why are most people under assumption, God is a he? hell we don't even know for sure if it still exists or ever did, sure i'd like to beleive in that theory that it exists, and i do for the most part, but it's just that, a theory not an absolution!! cloning is a absolution, the benefits to humankind and other species depends on it, how many species of mammals and other living creatures will benefit from cloning and stem cell application? all of them. people need to to get their brains of the clouds. if God exists he may be coming back to end our ignorance for us, if we keep going the way we are, we'll do it for him. the bottom line is this, we didn't ask to be created if that is the case, we didn't ask to learn the truth as is told in the book created by man. it really cracks me up sometimes, religious people are willing to believe that a supreme being/entity had the power and intelligence to create a living breathing being from nothing or the scientific communtiy can lat claim that we evolved from a sub order primate that still thrives, but they can't entertain the idea that maybe we were clonized here from a distant galaxy or universe for that matter, maybe we were once a ASEXUAL creature and through technology ofstem cell manipulation/ cloning, the female genetics was separated from the ASEXUAL and wala, one male human/ one female human able to reproduce as we do now, where once we were one. maybe we were once able to reproduce within ourselves? many logical theories other than the creation/evolution theories.
