nefretiri ( 03/16/2005, 13:36:45 )then why did he say "a thousand years to you is like a day to me" space does not really have a concept of time other than the revolution of the planent around the stars. which is how we get our concept of time not something you think up in your mind really. time is told by the sun. so compared to us his time is quite different but he does have concept of time. not saying God's up there saying "well this at happened at that time and in this time thats going to happen" and in a sense which pertains to us he does in fact use time and when all is said and done time will BECOME irrelevant. and you are quite right about God dwelling within our sphere of space but science says that it is quite probable that there is other dimensions and if that is true Heaven may be in one those unseen dimensions. but the point i was trying to make to someone was that space cannot create someone or something it's self. because they said that space had to come before God and create him which is not possible at all whatsoever, even according to science which even somewhat rejects the big bang theory because of the very fact that space cannot create itself.
